The Friends of the Stedelijk Museum Kampen Foundation and the Friends of the Ikonenmuseum Kampen, in collaboration with the Magna Musica Foundation, are organizing a vibrant concert on Sunday afternoon, June 16, in the Goudenzaal of the Stedelijk Museum.

This concert program for cello and piano is entirely formed by pieces that have a common thread: impressionism, its origins and influence. Inspired by the “WATER” exhibition in the Stedelijk Museum Kampen, Sabina Duo wants to convey this concept through music. The program starts with a number of pieces by Spanish composers, which do not entirely conform to the aesthetic characteristics of Spanish nationalism because they were inspired by the French school of impressionism, where water played a major role.
